Here another Kickstarter project - a VR headset and dev kit. It looks incredible, if it works as described. For $US300, it is almost worth it for a play...

I have just read a little more on it, and it sounds like the resolution is quite low on the displays and the higher res we all want for gaming will come out next year.

True, but once you go HD it is hard to go back. (Or is it that going back doesn't get as hard?).

Does anyone remember the VR1 Virtual Reality machines that were available to test drive at malls around the country in about 1995?

There was a fps game with a dragon that comes for you at the end??

It had some tie in with cadbury? Where if you had chocolate wrappers you could try it out
