Well, you pretty much waisted your time unlocking it.
My mate has the exact same setup (except 1/2 a gig of ram), and he was abosolutly slutted when he found out that the soltek drv5 doesnt go higher than 12.5, which is what a xp2000 is locked at!
so uping the FSB is the only way..
re vcore, no idea really, should be stable.. sure its not overheating?
what PCI bus are you running? that board should have like a 166/33 (I think).
Also if you can get into windows but can't run any benchies it sounds like not enuff Vcore (but I aint no expert) ;)
What's the OC speed.... and what's your stepping?

the vcore is @ 1.850 which is as high as it seems to go i'm not sure about pci bus i think its at 166/33. I cant go past 11.5multiplier and 145fsb cooling seems good i'm running a volcano 7+ the temp seems to be sitting around 40c.. It is probably someting i'm doing wrong with my setup but suggestions might help :P) thanks dudes if all else fails i might change to epox or iwill mobo the other thing might be my unlocking hasnt worked that would stop me from ocing it wouldnt it. I use epoxy to fill the cuts and conductive ink to connect but it might need re doing
