- XP PRO - Matrox G550
problem :: i put the cd in that came with this display card and clicked the setup.exe as you would expect (i have autoplay turned off) and then after choosing english for the langauge the rest of the installation windows have no text in them ? then i also get an error saying that it could not find "SetupRes.dll.. make sure that it's in the same folder as the setup.exe" errrrr i'ts right ****ing next to it in the same folder!! wtf? then it automatically restarts my machine. *very annoying*
so i go to matrox support which is closed right now :rolleyes:
i d/l the latest driver from their site and after waiting half an hour to get it (56K dail-up) i get the same damn error when trying to run the setup..?
any suggestions?
