Computer Keeps Rebooting

like the title says, it keeps rebooting....

NT AUTHORITY/SYSTEM has something to do with it.....

also RPC(Remote Procedure Call)

cant catch exactly whats in the box, although if it happens again, i'll try save a screen shot.

anyone had any problems with this?
