These drivers ship without the latest IDE driver, which is in the final testing stages and should be available for download within the next two weeks. Thanks to Matrix at NFHQ for the heads-up on these.

I installed them right after my last post.

they're working fine so far.

also, getting my speakers adjusted is much less of a pain in the ass.

before, the damned sound wouldn't separate lfe from center. now it seems to be sorting out.

i've also had no problems. after the 2.41/2.42 debacle, i was willing to trust that they wouldn't make the mistake of releasing bad drivers again. :)

i've noticed minor performance and audio improvements but nothing to get excitied over. worth the download though.

Yeah, i had to reinstall XP after last times stuff up.

But i did it this time and everything went sweet. I think im too trusting.

I found the remix XP drivers far better than the nvidia ones
other than the Ethernet driver that is a bit funny for me
it is constently pinging everyone on the network and i am the only one able to access the net lol
so i wasnt really too worried

Grrr!!

My shuttle seems to like them. Everything seems to run smoothly.

All I know is that my onboard sound (a7n8x deluxe) is quality sound, but it SUCKS as far as setup/drivers/etc.

It's the buggiest piece of **** I've ever encountered. I went back to using my live. :/

Awesome mobo, incredibly problematic onboard sound. :(

yes the current implementation of nforce audio is borked in many cases... I believe its a southbridge revision error personally...

http://g33kflat.skankyflat.net/articles/soundcardfix.html

also the onboard is NOT quality sound.. its a great APU that is CRIPPLED by the crappy realtek AC650 DAC

According to the inquirer (http://www.theinquirer.net/?article=10915) some people have been having problems with this version of drivers (including sound issues) and have been going back to the old ones
