Is anyone using the ISP Snap (http://www.snap.co.nz).

Are they any good, reliable connection, fast downloads, not kicked, etc.

Also I couldn't tell whether they have an international toll free dial in number or not.

Also World Exchange (http://www.wxc.co.nz) any good.

NB. I'm after flat rate unlimited dialup. So don't bother with the big InSPire (http://www.inspire.net.nz) pimpage.

YES! GOOD! GOOD!

i switched to snap from e3... oh man what a difference! lightning fast (for dialup), never had a busy signal, and very quick to get hooked up (a 5 min phone call was all it took).

snap do have a policy of having the right to kick you off during peak times if you've been on for over 240hrs in a billing period, however i've been on for around 600 hrs in the last two billing periods and have never been kicked.

awesome crowd.

I dont have them as an ISP but i do for an email account.

Some settings werent mixing well with ihugs' settings.

Anyhoo, they were very pleasent when i asked them to double
check settings etc and they did make a correction.

Best help i've had yet from an ISP, it was taken care of by
a person too instead of a cut & paste 'try this first' answer.

THanks for the input. I might just have to change to them.

Yeah E3 sucks.
