what's the purpose for doing this?

I imagine you'll have to look for a NT access program.. I'm certain I've seen one floating about, it basically has generic NIC drivers and allows you to login to an NT box (xp == NT5.1) so google for something along those lines...

basically you need to use a netbui lan or you can try and get your hands on an ipx/spx program. Both should work.. Will just be a couple of drivers to add to config.sys and some exe to login.

If you have access to a NT4 or 2000 server you can create a DOS client disk that uses TCP/IP.

Search for MODBOOT on google as well, they have a DOS TCP/IP bootdisk.
