I have an issue with the quality of the S-video Out on my Ti4200 128Mb.
The composite (RCA) output display is acceptable.
The s-video output however is worse than the RCA output. This should not be the case. It is viewable but shows some interference. I have tested the s-video cable on my DVD player, so it is not the cable.
I'd appreciate it if any other MyVivo owners could test their Video Out and let me know what you find ?
d00d you might get a better response in troubleshooting ;)

Maybe they used real crap components for the svhs output?
A lot of audio manufacturers do that for the optical and digital outs - not too many poeple use them so they cut costs. While they should be better quality, if the filter whatsits are cheaper, then indeed the more basic connection will perform better.
Leadtek have a real good name, I would be surprised if they did that, but then again it is a super-budge-o card (relatively;)) that you have.
Could be an actual defect in the card - if your vga showed some interfrence it would be back to the shop quick-as-can-be - maybe you should do the same b/c of the svhs quality...

Its entirely possible that your seeing the SVHS as worse becuase of the fact that the poorer RCA signal is actually disguising some of the interference noise with its lesser quality signal, which may indicate the interference is not in the cabling itself but within your PC (windowed PC's for instance can pickup a lot of extra interference from stuff near by) and its possible the HSF on the card itself could be generating a bit of noise in the signal also.
I just picked up a 4200 Leadtek my Vivo also unfortunately I don't seem to have a single VCR or anything else in the house which supports SVHS to test it on, as soon as I scrounge something up I'll test it and let you know how mine looks.

What res are you outputting? 1024? It may have something to do with that...
I bought one the other day also, but my cdrom packed up, so I cant install the bloody MyVIVO drivers :/
BTW, I have mine running constantly @ 295/620, I havent tried any more than that yet, have you guys hit a limit? Or are you not OCing them yet?
Do these cards have hardware monitoring built in? I cant really afford to buy some monitoring equipment right now, but I'd really like to see what temps I'm getting...not that it helps, I cant install the gaaddamn software at the moment...

Mine sitting on 315/560 right now, I haven't played too much yet with it to see what else I can squeeze out of the memory on it.
I don't think it has onboard hardware monitoring, I briefly installed the drivers + winfox provided by leadtek and the monitoring software was "greyed" out.
Have you tried leadtek's FTP site for the WDM drivers ? ftp.leadtek.com.tw looks like they have some of the drivers available there
I'll stick a probe under the heatsink tonight and see what sort of temps its getting up too.
