However I wasnt happy and wanted to fit the huge heatercore into the small case.

This is what I am doing now

Poor case:- http://www.soven.orcon.net.nz/Casecutting1.jpg

120mm intake:-

Trying to add another 120mm now... to be continued, tips pls.

[edit] I am also trying to change the direction the barbs is facing, I want it to face inside instead of sideways.

Errm, that heatercore looks a tad to big to fit in that case, I don't think you'll be able to put the side panels back on with the tubing :p, but I dunno.

Looks good anyway

At the moment no , but I am trying to cut off the barb comint out of heater core, seal the hole and then drill another hole and epoxy a barb into it which is facing inwards.Ok heres where I need help, would this be do-able or is the original barb connecting to something inside the heatercore?

Either that or I would have to cut the motherboard holder(??) and it would just fit if i shorten the barb on the left somemore and maybe use a elbow to connect the tubing.

Oooer, you should make a hole in the side panel for the barb so it sticks out, attach the tubing which feeds though another hole but do it with you're 1337357 styleeeez so it looks really wicked ...
