Soundcard for audio editing?

well.. another sound card thread.. but this time, its for some sound editing and HAS to have a support for S/PDIF and Coxial Optical. i'm thinking of Hercules Fortissmo 2.. but i can't get rid of impression that is a game card. any recommandations?

Lots of good info there as well as a few comments about profesional level soundcards @ the end :)
