there are nemerous threads about varying problems all related to this.
Try searching for "reboot" in the Troubleshooting forum.

And just a note: one line posts are not very informative to those who may be able to help you.

WE NEED MORE INFO!!!!!

Even us super leet people cannot save you if you post NO information on the problem.

Despite the fact that this is the noob forum, we can't magically pull info from the aether.

What OS? What Error? What PC? etc etc yadda yadda yadda

Go to your system properties, click the "Advanced" tab, under that you should find "Start up and Recovery"
In that screen you'll see a tick box marked "Automatically Restart" if you untick this, when you computer used to restart you will now be presented with a BSOD. Take note of any driver or file it names and get back to us ;)

1) get the updates

2) you have installed the Via 4 in 1's and all other drivers for your sound motherboard ect ect

3) there are a lot of reasons why windows can restart. try this. Right click on my computer click manage Go to event viewer and the system logs and aplication logs. See if there is some software baced component crashing your computer.

4) Maby its your ram. Ram on too high timings can cause restarts, cpu's even if they appear stable might not be. Idont know much about grapcs cards.

5) Do you overclock and if you do what have you overclocked each thing you overclocked to and what voltages are you feading it and what type of core is it if its the cpu. and if its the ram what is its stock voltage and timings.

After my many months training as an A+ Technician... I would have to say replace your power supply.... but that's just too easy.

*cough* try it anyway *cough*

The nvmcp.sys is definately a Nforce driver problem/conflict. Have you tried the latest Nforce drivers ?

If so see if you can beg/borrow/steal a sound card and disable the onboard sound.

As always a google of nvmcp.sys will show you where to go for more info ;)
