And it seems to run fine, I also notice it doesnt take as much memory as smoothwall does, installation was simple, though I found it easier using 3 x different brand name nics (3com, dickies, belkin)
Well I dunno its just the same as smoothwall yes, but theres a couple differences I notice - you decide :)

Gonna give IPCop a go eventually if the progress on Smoothwall GPL continues at the really slow pace it has been going lately.

I originally had an HP p3 455mhz 320mb ram puter as the smoothwall box (now DC hub, fileserver), but now use a p100 with 16mb ram, 500mb HD - and its sweet, runnin for 5 days now...
