My new Server keyring...the ultimate geek accsessory...
I'm thinking of a wee competition so people can earn this....
it's a dead XP 1600+...couldn't be returned...

oh I'd love they keyring :), I'd drill into my P166 cpu but it still works. I got that same processor in my rig (the 1600+ not the P166 :D)

sweet keyring john, Pretty cool to put on house keys or something or if u were a lan admin or something to put on the keys to the server room or soemthing:D

WORD UP!!

Lucky AMD now use that organic packaging now, huh ;)? Couldn't do that with TBirds ( drill bits either wouldn't chip the package at all, they'd shatter it, or they'd break :eek: ).

Same, my throat went all dry and my stomach dropped...I was assuming the first post was going to be "well, i went for 4ghz, and LOOK AT ME NOW!"

It was fu><ored before I took the ha><or to it, see I dropped a philips head screwdriver on the mobo, and it broke a piece of the BIOS socket off. It kept working for a few days but errors started to appear more regularly + random reboots etc.....

bout time for a repeat of that classic thread "post a pic of your workstation" which shag started i think? those with fotos of their normal computer habitat posted pics.. included lots of messy g33k desks...
