Omg how can you drink so much V coke!! 1 little bottle is good on a hot day but not more than 1L after that it starts tasting like crap, rather drink water.. Coke on the other hand is damn nice and stays nice :)

I don't know, maybe it's age. The problem is that when I have more then a litre of caffeinated cola I start to piss like a pensioner. It's kind of embarrassing having to go an whizz every forty minutes.

Does anyone else suffer this? I'm sure that if enough of us get togther we should get some rox0r group discount on Tena For Men. Or as Shag prefers to call them: 'nurd panties'

im more of a sprite person... i find you dont get that awful aftertase you get with drinking heaps of coke.

however, i will drink V / Red Bull / Lift plus like a madman if persuaded to...

and the same goes for alcohol :D

Hehe, the more you drink the smaller the gap between trips is. few lans ago i was pissing 4-5 times an hour. **** I had so much coke/vcoke then, it was all worth it nonetheless

Just go buy a camel pack and basically reverse it's application.... you get the idea, I don't wanna get in depth with that kinda thing :p ;)

i tihnk i'll drink l&p and sprite, and red bull concentrate for the caffine, i can bring extra on sat if anyone wants, $3.50 a bottle, 300ml (ish)

i like infuse lemon lime bitters, Is good and cheap at the mo.

I tend to just buy 10 bottles of whatever is cheapest. Costs between 10 and 20 dollars. I get between 15 and 25 litres.

Does me nicely. Also did 6 mates nicely last lan too.

hehe I was thinking about getting one of those and filling it with V/Redbull/whatever. That way you don't have to stop gaming to pick up a can. ;)

I drink normal coke mostly, but will drink Vanilla if there is some there. Also love lift plus and will be buying a few this L3 coming.

Also I have real bad bladder problems as well, One time at an L3 I drunk and stuff all weekend, went to work the next day and I was going to the toilet 4 times every hour for about 3 hours. jeez it was nuts I thought I was dying or soemthing.

I first came across it in the North Island at a music festival in 2001. Some dude had imported it and was selling it under the table ;)

Turns out that 'Asian Food Warehouses' and a couple o other places have it also. It comes in small dark glass bottles and is quite a thick syrup. The writing is all asian but it has the 2 bulls on it. It tastes soo nice.

And talking about panties, seeing my pink OCNZ ones never turned up, I decided to go and buy a pair here at farmers. Crazy and I had to stand around browsing the lingerie for like 10 mins before we even saw a sales person. Then when I asked her what size would fit me she just gave me this queer look? Anyway, they just had these wierd girly sizes and I wanted to know the waist size in CM so i could pick the right pair.

Anyway, in the end we couldn't figure out what those girly sizes related too in real life measurements so we gave up. I got the feeling she was releived to see me go. Wierd.

Maybe I'll get a chance to try someware else tomorrow with more helpfull staff.:rolleyes:

I hate to think what such a huge intake of caffeinated sugared beverages is doing to your body, especially the kidneys. There is like 10 teaspoons of sugar in one 330ml can of coke.

Water has got to be the best option for at least 70% of your fluid intake. We are composed of 80% water after all. :rolleyes:

Plus the sugar is metabolised easily, so its out of the system rather quickly.
About the only way you could get "sugar poisoning" from coke is if you binge drink it....

only while you're young... as you get older and your insulin production becomes less efficient, you start having problems ranging from obesity (depending on factors such as thyroid activity levels) to diabeties.

Vanilla coke, V, Ikon Energize, coffee, all with 2 or 3 no doz tablets in em.
Works a treat.
But I still suck at functioning on no sleep.
