We are looking at buying some of our favourite movies in DVD now we have a decent DVD player..

I'd appreicate if ya'll could voice your opinions on:

1) Which are the best/cheapest sites to buy DVD's from in NZ?
2) Where are the best/cheapest stores in Auckland (since that's where I live)..
3) Which stores / sites to avoid like the plague..

Cheers~

same... but make sure they're new, otherwise they may have scratches.
Also get some from Amazon... but it's not cheap, so only do that for ones I can't get here. There are other sellers you can get to through Amazon that are cheap, but not all of them ship internationally.

www.dvdboxoffice.com free shipping and from Canada

Site also lets you set NZ$ as a currency, usually takes 5 working days to get to your letterbox :-)

I don't own many dvd's, but i know there's a good dvd store on Dominion Road opposite Nandos/Gameplanet.. really good selection and they usually have dvds on sale as well.

Also might pay to try the video stores like Blockbuster, they usually have heaps of dvds for sale.
