reset when i close seti@home and open UT2k3

my os resets when i close seti@home and open UT2k3
but it only bose it when i do that "close seti@home > open UT2k3"

CPU: XP2700
RAM: 512 DDR400 Geil
mobo: Asus A7N8X deluxe
Hdd: one WDJB120 and a WDJB80
V-card: compro GF 4 it4600

O.S. windows XP pro with all of the updats and SP1

can some one help?
it just rests like we had a power cut, off then on :(

wow, I've never seen an error like that,

personally, for me WinXP always seems to have errors, so I just use 2K, :D

Is that a bit naieve. If most people use XP, and only a handful use 2000, then of course XP will appear to have more problems.

nah, I was reffering to me,

I got dual boot,
winxp tends to give me errors often, win2k doesn't,

the reason I got two OS's is cause I was gonna move to XP, but decided to give it a go first as a secondary,
