ok well i have been playing with one of those TV tuner cards (pci)
it's a "flyvideo 98" one, what i want to do is to pump it out a cross my network (it's a 100mbs network) . i have been looking on good old google for about 4hours to day and cant find a thing :(
i'm looking for a bit of soft were to do it :)

the card works good :)
i just want to boot it out over the nextwork so i dont have to run tv cable all over the place and buy more TV cards or TV's, well the network is all in so no more cable running :)
it would only be to 2-4 pc @ this point

box spec:

CPU: XP1700
RAM: 512DDR
V-card: GF4 560 with tv out
OS: win XP PRO with sp1

thanks :)

well the only thing i've ever used to do that sort of thing is ffmpeg (http://ffmpeg.sourceforge.net/)... but it *nix based so that's kinda out.

there are commercial apps like the windows media server and real's equivalent tho.

I have seen equipment to pump TV Signal (raw) around cat5 instead of using coax, but thats not exactly what you are after.

It sounds to me like you want to stream a video feed, did you try searching using these terms ?
