Scientists in Aussie have lransported a modulated light beam 1 metre away in a lab. It's true, they recon they broke the light beam up into individual photons or what ever and reconstructed seconds later in a different place, Star Trek type transportation.

They recon this could be the best encryption yet, as the light beam can't be intercepted, but instead they reconstruct it in a new place from their original location. That's what I get out of it anyway.

I think what it really means is faster pizza delivery!!

I'm not hanging out for a teleporter to deliver my pizza, but a replicator to make one to my exact specifications.

Also I heard of another lab doing this several years ago. But it is good to see their results verified

Pizza Hut Help Service:"I'm sorry sir, when we beamed your pizza, it went without anchovies"

Customer:"Then what is this sh*t that's infront of me now?"

Sh*t being the key word.
