just started about an hour ago. haven't been living in snow for a long time! (not counting ski trips)

it's been snowing in Shirley/Mairehau since about 6:30pm... just about went ass over kite on the footpath going to collect my fish n chips.

brrr it's cold... oh... so... very cold...

I can't feel my hands at the moment, its kinda clumsy using a keyboqard with numb hands, good thing is my cpu temp is 31'

I can hardly believe it was snowing here, must be the first time since about '97. Hopefully this means it going to be a good ski season:)

they made a 2 metre high tower of snow in the quad......and two raids from other halls have resulted in minor damage.......

altho i was surprised when some of the guys said they went nude snowboarding.....untill they walked back in wearing towels that is.....

No snow in Dunedin though - but -1* at 10.30 in the morning isn't nice at all.

Its raining at the moment thank god. Last year it snowed quite heavily at this time of year, and it took wo weeks for the ice to leave the hill where I live.

Fun for a day - then it just becomes cold and horrible **** to live with.

i seriously cannot imagine what school would be like with snow....

heh, would be some crazy ass crap goin on :D good thing im in wellington where the WORST IT CAN DO IS RAIN AND BLOW ITS ASS OFF WITH WIND :D:D:cool:

still snow outside...altho some is meltining and refreezing.... but the grass is visible now..... or is that coz they scooped so much of it to make snow men.....:rolleyes:

Oh well, back to work tomorrow then... unless we get an awsome frost tonight and the roads are too icey to drive on :cool:

Ahhhh... ok, I just looked when I was in the edit window and it wasn't there. Soz. Maybe that feature could be added to the edit part sometime incase someone decided to add a pic later?
