This case rules, although a window kit would make it better. An Enermax would look good like this I reckon, what do you think?

yeah alot of work has gone into it, but its not my cup of tea aye. It looks too weird. Also too much like an antique.

I like alot of the design, but some of it's just too over the top for me. Something similar but more simple maybe.

Yep, seen that case a few times now. Apparently it's based on the new Russel Hobbs 4 slice toaster range.
A bit too shiny for my liking, I like the Matt finish stainless steel look personally.

Yeah it's an ugly piece alright, he would benefit better from a better case. Make it gold as well, a spray paint job of flames or something would make it meaner.

well in his defence:
1) how many people do you know with a case like that?

exactly. no windows, no neons, its different, its original. Its what he likes, and he's happy, so thats all that counts in the end. The least you could do is credit him with that. In saying that however, I can tell you now that he wont give a toss about negative feedback. Ive had a bit of flak about my PSU mod but I dont really care, I did it for me and I'm happy with it, other people's opinions instantly dont count.

Personally, I like it. I have a lot of respect for that guy, mainly because of all the effort he put in, which amounts to a lot more than the grand total of 45 minutes it would take me to install a window and a neon while sucking back a 6 pack.

BUT, I would never have a case like that for my main box.

2) pie, how can you hate shinyness?

*looks at chrome beauty*

*goes off into a half hour dreamworld where he tells his reflection that he is a "sexy beast"*

hey whetu
i did say i didnt mind shineyness if it was done well, ie your chrome plating as you got a pro to do it rather than slap on some chrome paint

As I have said about 4 times before, that case is DAMN sexy.

It reminds me a little of a Geiger creation. Also, if I had the money, I'd work with Geiger to create something a little more creepy...I love his biological machines sort of ideas, and especially the creepy silvered black he uses so frequently...

[imagines a Geiger case with all sorts of Alien-esque easter eggs built-in]

Of course, the outside would be extremely textured, along the top would be a spine, with vents all over the place for the large amount of quiet airflow...

I totally agree with whetu.
I personally quite like the case but thinks SS has a better idea. But mostly I have a huge amount of respect for anyone who puts that much time and effort into a mod.

*Imagine Gargemel (sp?) and this case in a reflect-off* :Dlol
