yeah I saw that few years ago, I was so peeved off that he got stuck on the median (and of course he didn't have any ammo, would like to see some stuff blowing up :D)

I remember seeing it on the news a few years ago, and I think it makes fairly regular appearances on those "when good police chases go bad 3" type shows.

Yeah, although I think if you'r gonna snap, you're gonna snap whether you play/watch a computer game/movie or not. It may give different ideas on how to do it, but it will probably still happen
