Gainward GF4 4200 noisy??

I just put one in my already VERY loud system and I can actually hear the Graphics Card fan.... my old card was a Gainward GF2 ti GS.... The fan on that isn't as big but it didn't make as nearly as much noise as this card. Anyone else have the same experience?

I'm not complaining mind you....... I like people to think the world is coming to an end when I switch my comp on :p

Sounds funny if you can hear it above other fans in your system. You got a wire wrapped around it :D . Did that on one off my case fans got hooked up in my hsf and made a hurr off a noise.

Put your case on its side and see if the fan is rattling.
If it is remove it and put some sewing machine oil in it and see if that helps.
A rattling fan will also die a LOT quicker than a normal fan.

yeah i noticed that with mine to.
mind u i have got 8 other fans in my case. but i noticed it with all the case fans off. i still manage to sleep with it at nite tho :D
