1) read the faq to get you started
2) give us more info.. mobo model, ram amount/speed, hdd size/speed, vidcard, soundcard, any other cards.
once these two actions are completed by you, we will be able to better help you out

Go to BIOS (hold delete on start up), look for something along the lines of "Processor speeds/temp" (it varies depending on ur mobo) and go into it. U shld be able to go down to "CPU Host Clock" and it shld be set to "default" atm. when u have highlighted it, press + on the numpad, until you reach ur desired speed.
BEFORE YOU DO THIS: Read ur mobo manual and find out where "JP1" is and how to reset the BIOS. (JP1 also known as jumper 1).
It may be necessary to reset ur bios if ur overclock failed (eg the comp wont boot to the BIOS or anything). Use JP1 (or sum other jumper if it isnt JP1 on ur mobo) to reset it back to default.
Also note ur CPU's current temp and the system temp, if either is above 50*C atm, i dont advise OCing, unless u can get it lower via cooling or sumthing. (if u cbb buying new components, then open the case and aim a desktop fan or two onto ur mobo/processor.)
U shld be able to go up to 87mhz fsb (if ur current is 66mhz) without too many probs. Just remember, the higher you go, the hotter it gets-if it runs too hot, u may melt the chips (cos increasing FSB increases the speed and temp of RAM, PCI bus, AGP bus etc).
the max u'll prob get out of it will be 150mhz, but even that i doubt.
If ur processor has the option to, u can increase the multiplier along on the CPU, which is safer, and easier.
