17" Monitors

Hi guys my monitor looks to about to die so i'm trying to find a good monitor i was thinking a ViewSonic PF775, Perfect Flat SonicTron 17", 1600x1280NI but i want one in black.

Suggestions?

Btw I'm really not keen on Philips,
No KJ i don't want a 19" too big to lug around & i'd rather have the best 17" i can buy.

The AOC 7Klr is worth a look - Flat screen & does up to 1600 @ 75hz.

I'm happy with mine :)

Best to go to a couple and check them out instore, in comparision to one another ..

I wouldn't worry about 1600 res on a 17". I'm yet to see one that does it really crispy anyway. Focus on 1280 performance. Get one that'll do that at at least 75Hz ( the more the better ), and see if you can get one that looks extra crispy there. Flat screen as well.

Hmmm - don't know what to suggest, haven't been watching smaller screen sizes recently :(
