Of course there is a jumper to reset CMOS. It should consist of two or three pins next (closest) to the mobo battery. There may not be a jumper cap - but there should be a set of 2 or 3 pins with JPx or JPxx printed beside it. If it consists of only 2 pins then there will be no jumper cap on it.
Maybe reading the mobo manual again would help - there should also be a online manual @ www.asus.com.tw if your manual has left out all vital information.

on some mobos instead of jumpers they have two tiny contacts that you have to short out with a screwdriver tip...
Asus has the tradition of removing the clear CMOS jumper on various board. The easiest way would be removing the battery.
learn from my mistake on my ASUS A7V266E
To clear BIOS on my old MSI, i had to put a jumper on the two pins, start the computer up, turn it off, take the jumper off, and BIOS was reset.
If you do this on an ASUS you will smoke it.
On my ASUS you need to short the jumper for a couple of seconds only and that's it.
Best advice: RTFM, so you are not left with a half working mobo.

Well without these guys you could of used google or gone to the asus site on your own.. just a thought don't mind me :D
exactly,
half the problems in the world could be solved by people looking up google,
but, if he hadn't posted the topic, he wouldn't have found out how I fried my mobo and how others had experiences with their BIOS reseting,

Uhm .... no. it should only take a few hours. Last time, C|-|EETOR set my bios at 166 Mhz FSB [DDR], and my bios wouldn't post or boot. Bad news. So I poped out the batter left it for 1-2 hours popped it back and yippee I was back in business for lanning.
Take your PSU motherboard plug out too ...

I just pop the battery out on this board, then put it back in. Ofcourse remove all power to the mobo. :)

Also, once u unplug it from the wall, press the power button again, this will clear pretty much all power from the psu and mobo, just sitting in the caps etc...
