Atari? What is their exact involvment in gaming?

I've noticed Atari coming back, in games such as Never Winter Nights and UT2003 and even Unreal 2. Does anyone know their exact involvement with these titles?

Theyre putting their name on a lot of high-selling products, to get some brand awareness going again. Once enough people associate Atari w/ great games, Atari will release its own 3d engined Pong 2003, stunning all with its amazing ping pong ball physics and intense bump mapped paddles.
