Himm, Well the 2 things i wanted from them were there flow meter, and there 'Headder Tank' seen on tomshardware.com watercooling guide

you could try http://www.accurate.co.nz/ , they appear to sell Innova flow meters

header tank - $60NZ? not worth it.
you might as well go round looking for bottles or just get a small custom res, 2 holes for inlet/outlet, and chop a bottle lid off a coke bottle or something and get the people to glue it on.

same trick, saves you about $40 - $50

if you're in auckky, there's this place called intercryll which have experience in making water res's for PCs ;)

Himm, I would like a complitley closed circut watercooling, But not sure if the fill and blead thing i got the idear from of the net would be able to trap that bubbles in the water

This might be a late reply, but I just find what you want, they sell both the flow meter and the alu tank, and they ship to NZ too... good luck, have fun...
