Hi Guys

I'm installing Win98 and WinXp on a new HDD and have partitioned the HDD into 'c', 'd' and 'e'. I've read that you must install Win98 first, but does it have to be on 'c'?

Thanks for your help

yes you should install in order of release, eg win98 then winxp.

it doesnt neccissarily have to be on the c: partition, but for simplicities sake you may as well install it there...

Yep - what Whetu said, also you won't need much space for the '98 partition, 2 gigs would be sweet.

you dont need to but setting up the dual boot is a pain afterwards but it can be done........ I like to have winME at the end of my drive and WinXP first........
