Well, if you can't get the FSB past 144MHz then you probably have the 'CD' revision chipset on that DRV-5, unfortunately if that is the case - you're screwed.

[hopefully it's not the 'CD' revision]
Try increasing the Vcore if you haven't already, also with my old stick of Kingmax PC2700 I found that it liked a bit more voltage.
[/hopefully it's not the 'CD' revision]

Quote from [H]ard|OCP
Now obviously, Soltek is aiming this board at the enthusiast market, so what is going on here? Well, here is our theory, and it points back to something we mentioned earlier on about the northbridge being a "CD" and not a "CE". In our testing here over the last few months with the KT333 chipsets, it has become apparent to us that the CD version of the KT333 just pretty much sucks when it comes to tweaking. At least that is our experience.

like Humantuckshop said if CD version can't do thing so much :( , my old mobo is soltek DRV5 and it CD version so max you can go around 140. if you go more higer need to unlock your AMD i guess and try other multiplier.
