Im looking for drivers for a nic card. Its PCI and on one of the chips it has

Searching for S558-5999-46 on google brings up a few pdf docs with chip specs but can't find a link to any drivers. I was told it was intel but it says nothing on the card about brand names except bel who i think make the chipset. Trying to install it but pc won't even boot with it in any pci slots so just trying to find some info it.
