View Full Version : 8K5A3+ probs
well, I just got this mobo the other day and realised that the Power light on the case is VERY dim :/ (I modified it to ultrabright blue with my old Gigabyte) and now i can't even see it if the front bezel is taken off. The HDD light dosen't even work!
is this a factory thing, or is there something wrong?
Some Epox, Iwill and Soyo boards have this sort of pb. I don't know any way around it.
:/ well, i know i can hook the power light up tp the molex connectors, but HDD light? :(

Well, it sounds to me like that Epox mobo isn't supplying the required mA (milliAmps) to get the LED's to emit light.
The easiest thing I can think of (for the HDD light) is to get a 3mm LED that runs on 15mA.

Motherboard Monitor 5 or MBProbe are good. Available here: www.google.com ;)
