PIV Mobo Help

I have been looking at P4 Mobo's and can't find what I am looking for....

I want the board to have the following

<$500
2 Channel/ 4 Channel Highpoint Raid ( NO PROMISE JUNK:mad: )
Serial Ata would be nice for later as long as I get my 2 parra ports for raid :)
Chipset does not really matter although I do want to run at DDR 333
It has to be Quite Overclockable
USB2, Firewire and other stuff not really important


So what do you guys recommend >???

I have had a good run with my EPox 4SDA+ raid rocks, overclocking rocks, stability rocks.

Had no problems at all.
(1.8 running at 2.25 - had it up to 2.5 but had temp probs).

I would recommend looking at some of the new EPox boards...
