I almost DONT understand that picture at all.

Thats one crazy assed heatsink
How'd it perform (Thai is a little rusty ;) )

[edit ] temps not too bad, but noisy I gather, and the VCore looks REALLY low for some reason...I still have no idea if they are good coolers or not...

basicly its like a mini-water cooler, theres oil in them pipes, the heat transfers from the lil bit and into the big heatsink, the fan cools the big heatsink... thats how they do it in laptops, cause theres not enough room to put the fan ontop of the cpu they transfer the heat to wheres theres room for a fan, i believe they r very good coolers...

my p4 1.6 not overclocked (stock hsf) is at 60C (duno y) so i guess 44 sounds pretty cold...

It seems like a good temperature considering his system temp is up at 32c. Also I believe the vcore is so low because p4's are that way, after all it is a p4 cooler.
