Hey all,

m just wanting some help i saw this
http://www.ipkonfig.com/Reviews/Misc/Pyramid-II/
it looks quite cool but it says
Fans:
Up to 6 High-End fans (up to 24watts--intended for case fans)
ill wanting to be able to connect 4 thermaltake smartfan 2's to it, so i went to there website to see what the fan is rated power wise and they said this:
Rated Voltage 12VDC
Started Voltage 6VDC
Rated Current 0.20AMP ~ 0.70AMP
Power Input 2.40W ~ 8.40W

now i have no idea waht that means. Your help would be appreacated

Simon

what part of it don't you understand,

digidoc has been around for years,

your fans are 12V, digidoc is designed for 12V fans, so what's your question?

Grrr!!

That should be fine to monitor your smartfans on.

mmm do you think i will be able to run 4 smart fans a 120m blower and another 80mm? on the pyramid 2

It means it can run a total of 6 fans at 24/6 = 4w each.
Since your smart fans take up a maximum of 8.40w you will probably only be safe running at most 2 of those fans on that pyramid, which is pointless, which doesn't matter considering you probably can't even get that pyramid here.
All it takes is a little common sense.

if you wanna monitor your fan rpm, plug them into your mobo,
to power them, hook them up to the pwr supply,

do you really need it?
