The 3D aspect of this game is truly amazing - tiny dots rapidly grow from a distance to become Tie fighters and other recognisable shapes.

OMG, I can't stop laughing... :D :D

Hey ... I wonder how fast that would play on a CPU with more than 48KB of L1 cache. I hope it's one of those games requiring the 'turbo' button.

heh, that reminds me of the game Firepower...i think it was made for old 486's or something. All i can remember is that too stop it running too fast on my p2 400, i had to get moslow, otherwise it basically went so fast you couldnt see what you were doing.

Damn, those turbo buttons rock...i have one of those on my 386

I've got heaps of those old games like pacman, defender, elevator action, moon patrol and many more, plus an emulator to play them on a pc, they are so small they all fit on one floppy.

Firepower Owned. I remember playing that on my cousins Amiga, that was so much fun. Sort of like Return Fire and such
