Hi,

Thanks for the help guys, I have a few more questions :). The site I first mentioned

http://babelfish.altavista.com/urltrurl?lp=de_en&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.spacewalker.com%2Fgerman%2Ffa q%2F553.htm%23hd001

has a motherboard which looks very similar to mine and it says this.

# CPU support without voltage regulator module :
Intel Pentium P54C (75... 200 MHz),
AMD K5 (PR75... PR166),
Cyrix/IBM 6x86 (P90+... P120+)
# in addition with appropriate voltage regulator module the following CPUs is supported:
Voltage regulator module e are not available any longer!
Cyrix/IBM 6x86/6x86L (P150+... P166+)
Intel Pentium P55C MMX (166 - 233 MHz, partly only 166 MHz),
AMD K6 (Pr2-166... Pr2-233)

I confirmed this by putting a k6-200 in and it was detected as a K5-133. So, it looks like I can only use and Pentium MMX if I can find a voltage regulator. Anyone know where/how I could find one??

You can browse round that site, just put it in babelfish :)

Here is the cpu table:

Thanks for the help

Cheers
