Metal Cutters/Case cutters in AKL?

me is desprite for case cutters or metal cutters in akl who would do a job for me :( i haven't had any luck finding one...

what do you need cut?
if it's just a little window hole, get a jigsaw or drill etc, go around approx 5mm from the edge (2mm if you are good at it), then get a file and spend about 30 minutes filing the hole to a prefect shape,
