I never study, well not much anyway.
RE>>you only work for maybe 2 hours a day and the rest is 'study' leave
for me it's more like 5 hours of sleep a day and then the rest is study leave. At some lectures you can get half the people sleeping easy, you just can't help it.
But UNI is 100x better than school.

Couldn't agree with you more. If I didn't have a growing student loan, then it would be perfect....

hehe im one of the ppl that will go to sleep in class...
its the only time i can catch up on it :D
im gonna fail one of my papers this semister,
Software Engineering is boring!! and i just cant stand it!
well, if you can pass it, it's alright.
I think it was lecture on C programming and something like arrays or pointers, and he was writing it all up on the whiteboard and explaining something which takes 2 minutes to explain in about 15 minutes. your eyes close and your head falls either back or forward, no matter how hard you try to concetrate, you loose it after 5-7 seconds.
Lab's are the only thing which I find worthwhile.
and that reminds me, I got to do a presentation tomorow, I'll make it up on the spot, but still need to organize my OHP's etc.

*looks at timetable*
Lets see....
Monday - 9 hours of work over 10 hours
Tuesday - 11 hours of work over 10 hours straight ( lab clash in one of the hours :( )
Wedneday - 3 hours
Thursday - 2 hours
Friday - 3 hours
Average hours of outside-class labwork per week: 8
Average hours of assignments/test study/other per week: 12
= 47 hour week. What are you talking about?
( Yes, I'm a COSC major also doing CHEM and PHYS :p )
LOL - you can only slack off at Uni for so many years ( 1, maybe 2 ) before you notice you ain't getting no A's anymore.... :(
