a brand new cpu cant oc for ****, untill you have had it for a few months and run burn in tests and stuff like that?
for example:
my celeron 1.3a could hardly do 114fsb when i got it, and now it can do 121 fsb 95% stable? (i got it a few months ago).

also volodkovich could get his fsb to a certain point, and now after doing a crapload of burn ins he can get it to 133fsb?

its just real wierd how you have to break them in, like a shoe

your exactly right,

like a shoe.

thermal paste also needs to break in properly after applying it apparantly

Yeah it is strange, my XP1600 couldn't even do 140Mhz FSB when I first got it. Now I can do like 160Mhz FSB (PSU craps out now so I can't oc for sh!t  )

I have also noticed a reversal in oc'ing too...... once I did craploads of burn-ins to test oc'ing, then I had to go back to stock for a while as I couldn't go over 133Mhz FSB. Real annoying, only lasted for like an hour though then I could go back up.

Weird
