View Full Version : Aopen H700 series
First off I'm really dreaming here cos I expect the price tag would scare me off big time - but
The Aopen H700 has the looks IMHO

nice, must be quite new as I was browsing cases on aopens site not long ago and didnt see that one. My flatmates got the HQ08, love that motherboard tray so was pricing one up, think that one looks a lot better tho.
Best to keep an eye on ascent (http://www.ascent.co.nz) , they're one of the few I found that stock Aopen cases. The HQ08 is $250 through them and they look pretty similar in build. Although ascent is quite a rip off. Not sure who else stocks aopen cases? My flatmate got his from Dragon at a fluke a year or so ago, dont think he stocks them anymore.

Yeah, that is a nice case. Kinda looks like a more stylish Inwin

Why stop there? Why not just strap a 200 disk carosel to the top and be done with it? ;) :D

*looks at Aopen HX08*...yep, damn nice cases these are...gotta love that slideout mobo tray.
I too am looking for an Aopen stockist in nz as my HX08 needs some 5 1/2 blanking plates, and i cant seem to find any that fit. Not to mention the 3 1/4 hdd cages that are lost....

you could always place all your drives at the top most bays, then mould a peice of sheet metal into the shape of the 5.25 drive covers, then you would have 4bays worth of sheet-metal-goodness.
btw- for those that care, im in aus for two weeks, thus my spamming will be somewhat less, went for a spin in my uncles ferrari 348 pony yesterday, burnt off 3 wrx's, 6 riced up civics/boy racers, and saw many-a-hot chi><or :) this is nice!
