Well, what is your current case for starters?
What size case do you want?
Full tower, Mid tower etc.
For a full tower, i would say the Aopen HX-08, but good luck finding one in NZ....
For mid tower i would suggest the ENERMAX FS-710B
That case goes under many names.
Such as the OCNZ Darkrider 2 in this thread (http://forums.overclockers.co.nz/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1794) ;)
Except the OCNZ one has a window.
Good solid cases, the Aopen and Enermax :)
High quality, built to last.
It's what i would recommend anyway....

the H*08 series comes with a very good 300w PSU btw - tis a rebaged antec (or is it sparkle?) PSU. I ran an XP1700 with 2 HD and 2 Rom drives easiily with this.

I think my next case will be one of those cases ie: Enermax/Southerly Server/Chieftec/Antec/Darkrider

They're all the same thing, slightly different colours, more or less fans etc

Darkrider: http://www.overclockers.co.nz/product/case/ocnz/ocnz.shtml

Enermax:

Antec:

yea I reccommend the southerly server/Enermax. It is strong and what SP said built to last. Good sturdy frame, lots of room, and removable hdd cages.
It seems like the Enermax has been quite popular lately.:D

Its just some case i bought from PbTech in hamilton
its got a reasonable 300watt powersupply does the job
but my 7000rpm cak38 ver2 makes the case vibrate too much and i dont want it to damage components
so i just want a strong case that wont vibrate at all with that fan
:)

You could try installing some Dynamat, seems to works quite well for stopping case vibrations.

I have one of them (minus the window).. they are alright, pretty decent not really enough room though.

Definately better then an icute but I'd say below the level of a southerly server/enermax

These are SO not solid. They are just enough to not be called flimsy. BUT they are nice and gimmicky, like the USB ports on the front right side, and the BRIGHT BRIGHT blue LED, and the temperature sensor.

Not a bad case, but I'd definately spend that little bit more for the Enermax, especially for build quality alone.
