There is a stabilty issue reported with some DDR mobos(including GA-7VRXP rev 2) with DIMM slot 1 and 2 populated with CAS 2 PC2100. Apparently the memory controller can't handle the capacitance load...the problem can be resolved by using slot 1&3 or 2&3 because slot 3 is on a seperate controller.
Edit: BTW, I forgot to mention it's a KT333 issue.
