Hmm.. nice looking.. If only I was still on water. These sure would come in handy with that extreme heat on GF4.

Dusting the water cooling gear now.. :)

I'll definately be buying a green one ;). Though I'm afraid my wallet dictates that I won't be one of the first to buy this time around.... :(

<FACETIOUS>
BTW, when they were asking for colors and you were replying quickly to the affirmative - was that a Photoshop color filter thing?

Smart bltch

*slaps KJ like the bltch he is*

Nope, just a series of different LEDs. The green one is a monster - 10mm - blinds you if you look at it. 7000mcd I think.

Congratulations on the distribution deal there Tojja.

Aren't you going to ask me what colour I want? :D

Very pretty, Tojja :)

How does the lighting work, is there a cavity for a 5mm LED or do we just tape it to the back? If no cavity is there enough perspex wall to drill? Also, how much space roughly is there between the two hose barbs? Will a pair of thick hoses (& thier clamps) touch each other or will they be fine?

Cheers, and once again, nice work :)

if only I had a card worthy of putting it on :(

Hey Tojja,

Big hello from OZ. Been waithing for these buddy.:)

Only have to work out a good way to attach a pelt and insulate it. Hopefully without having to use conformal coating on the GPU pins. On this A250 Ultra.

Finally be able to go over 370 on the gpu.:p

as tijs is asleep I'll handle this one (i'm his flatmate)

a "cavity" is drilled for installation of a led, not quite sure but i think they are 3mm led's being used... there should be enough perspex wall for you to drill your own if you want, as for distance between the barbs.. i'd have to go into tijs' room to find out.. but tijs sleeping... i imagine it would be scarier than skeletor himself

so i guess we'll have to wait for a response from the man on that one

"while you were sleeping..."

Ghost, you get a block - you go buy an LED if you like :) I have not got that side of things wrapped up yet (and they will be on top of the final price at this stage)

Whetu was on the money - a 3mm cavity. You can drill it out to whatever you want though. Retention is being looked at currently, but to be honest, epoxy looks the deal...

Between hose barbs is a BIT of an issue - it fits my thickwall silicon no problems, but DOES mean you cannot use plastiic hose clamps next to each other (metal only sorry if you want them to line up, and they have to be slid on before the hose, if you follow). Sticking 1/2" barbs on a 45 x 45mm block just means some compromises are necessary - but this hasnt caused me any problems thus far.

And I dont like the idea of doing what DD have done with their block e.g. barbs on differet sides of the block...but I will be looking at what I can do better next time.

Only have to work out a good way to attach a pelt and insulate it. Hopefully without having to use conformal coating on the GPU pins. On this A250 Ultra.

Hi LORD, good to see you over this way :D Re: insulation, will work on it, but will need some assitance from the sub-ambient experts to develop a nice solution. Sure there are some around ;)

if only I had a card worthy of putting it on

sorry, cant help dude - would love to....

ArcticNorth - all ready to go, just need to make them :) Will be talking with my new production supplier and getting them to make a batch (to see if they are the right partner for making LiquidCC gear - I am still scoping them out)

Oh and did I mention SurgeII will look very nice when matched up with these blocks ;)

I can wait a bit longer. It's not like I can use it imediately anyway, it'll just get polished daily like my BlackIce II. :p
If they are not included approximately how much will they cost (I'd prefer to give you the business than dse)?
BTW your going to have to update the webbie now. ;)
Got any pics of prototypes of the Surge II, more info, etc?

at a guess I'd say from the fan header off the vid card (am I right Toj?)... seeming as you don't need the fan header anymore.
