I am looking for 2 diffrent versons of linux:
V1: I want a verson with lots of features to rn on a system with plenty of power.
V2: I have a old faithful Pentum 133 for internet only and would like a verson of linux that does not require a lot of power.

I believe that Red Hat Linux will fit neatly in both of those situations.

I would vote for mandrake for your main computer simply because its very user-friendly and easy for newbies to linux to learn and install.
Were you wanting a GUI on the p133, or by the internet did you mean for it to act as a proxy server for other computers on the network?

Any of the major commercial Distro's will have lot's of extra's for your main machine, just look at them and some reviews on the web etc and decide which is best for you. Also for the other machine you can use the smae distro, just when installing only select the core packages you need, and leave the rest out.
I use redhat as it is what I learnt linux using, and the cd images were on a fileserver at uni I could access from a machine with a CD writer in my dept...
