new thermaltake power supply

hey all, just found this on the net. From the limited info on the site it looks pretty good, (one of my main requirements in PC goodies is quiet/silence) and at 17db this seems like it will be one of the quietest on the market. And it looks puuuurdy

What's the point in having 40A on the 5V rail when it only has 18A on the 12V rail :confused:. Still wouldn't take one over an enermax.

But it does look nice, apart from the multicoloured cables and big X.

yeah, I would have prefered black cable sleves too. Actually when I consider power supplies as long as they are from a decent brand I never really think about amps on the different rails.

40 amps on the 5 volt line? = HEAPS of undervolted case fans :D

the main selling point to me is that its 17db aparently although that can still be noisy depending on the pitch etc

Its quite decent even if it does have swiftys much love pink lighting, also comes with a blower fan and 5.25" 2 fan fan controller, so thats pretty decent for a PSU.
Little louder then my TT 420 was but then it is actually hotter now LO
