Whats cooking?
THERE'S UNUSUAL ACTION on the RMBS share price today.
As we reported early this morning, the price rose seven per cent yesterday on news of a deal it had made with chip giant Intel.
But since NASDAQ opened this morning, the price has risen by 18.5%, and at press time stood at $6.60, up $1.03 on the day.
Either there's some super deal on the way that we haven't heard about yet, or people have realised that the stock may be worth more than they thought.
Back at the end of June, the RMBS share price fell to $3.08 on the markets. Its all time high was $490+ before the stock was split.
Rambus is showing its new technology at the Platform Conference today - you can find the agenda here.
The presentation, called "Keeping UO up to speed", looks at the Hypertransport, the RapidIO and the PCI Express technologies.
