Radiator for Enermax FS710B

Ive got an Enermax FS710B case, with a 120mm Blowhole to the top already, I worked out I can fit any of the Blackice type rads in without much trouble (although I lose a 51/4 slot or two).
Question is will the Blackice Extreme, cool better than the Blackice II...the blackice extreme is twice the thickness of a normal blackice (43mm). The blackice II is thin (25mm) but takes up twice the length.
$30 difference in price, favouring the Blackice II.
Anyone know of any direct comparisons??

Bare in mind I will be cooling a P4 1.6@2.6G and a GF4 with the same rad.

i got a blackice original, but i havent tested it yet due to lack of pump.

the black ice ][ is massive, and since you say you are going to lose 2 5.25 bays im assuming you are going to have it standing vertically and not horizontally inside your case?
what i would do is move your top 5.25 bay if its full and take that down one leaving you a free top 5.25, then (assuming you get the black ice pro) mount it directly under the 120mm blowhole and have it sucking cold air from outside, down through the rad and into the case- this will give you better cooling results and more room; heres a diagram:

The orientation-position shouldn't effect the cooling performance weather it be in the vertical or horizontal plane.
just ensure what goes in must go out (CFM) of ya case & the chosen fan is shrouded off the radiator core surface itself( 108CFM of better - if I recall )

You should stop off a VH case gallery as I'm sure there's a gathering of H2O'd Enermax FS710B case's

I know it goes aganst the grain but I'd prefer my BlackIce mounted Verticaly
- considder the side panel as an option
directly over the PCI cards if there's enought room

thanks guys, yeah I'll be scouring VH case galleries..
I was thinking of putting the Blackice II directly under the top of the case and cutting another blowhole to suit. Similar to what p01s0n_p1e has shown in his nice diagram :). It would take up the top drive bay though, but that doesn't really worry me.
