Ive been reading some video card FAQ's and noticed they talk about NVmax a bit, so I thought I might as well give overclocking my video card ago for the sake of doing it.

My system Spec's are:

Geforce FX 5200
Athlon 1800+ @ 1.77Ghz
MSI K7T Turbo2 motherboard

When I tryed to install this program I get this error message

I find it strange that it says I dont have verson 20.00 driver's installed on my computer because as you can see I have verson 52.16 of the detonator drivers.

Yeah

Basically, NVmax was a really cool little program - but they stopped developing it a year or more ago. As a result, any of the newer drivers ( well, anything newer than NVmax, which is what everyone is using now ) are incorrectly recognised by the program, and it won't work.

Rivetuner is another program that does basically the same job - only its development HAS been continued, so it'll still work with all the latest drivers! :)

I agree. Rivatuner is the one to go for. Make sue you explore it first before OCing to make sure you got all the options on. Also I think the current one doesnt support the latest WHQLd drivers but the next one will. Still works tho...
