Basically yes. And just killing them from that window wont prevent them reloading when you restart or crash out Explorer.

These 'Services' are what you can disable in PC management.

No offence, but Id say you will either be banned or suggestions that a little thought is made before making threads with little details like these and random topics.

If I were you and you are this unsure of the aspects of File system rules and permissions, XP system restore and NT based services you shouldn't really be worried about either of these issues or attempting to change your system.

Messing with them with no knowledge can lead to needing to re-install or repair.
