I have been reading through quite a few reviews of late and came across a very interesting argument between 2 individuals.
They happened to be Hans and Screwtop. Upon research I found that Screwtop was infact the Cedric of PCgear that I happen to have a bit to do with.
I am beyond taking sides and have decided to dedicate this post to the feud between the pair.
Screwtop knows what he is talking about and has overcloaked computer hardware for years and Overcloakers I have had dealing with through my work.
Overcloakers have had some of the best reviews that I could ever come across untill a very bias reviewer known as Hans came on the scene.
I read reviews for specs and the information of how far things can be pushed, not the this is **** cause I said so attitude that had gone into this review. Cedric should not have had a go at you because of the fact he does have an interest in this board.
As a person who does not I believe that the review was more a personality clash between the reviewer and the sponsor.
All boards have their good and bad points and to point them out is the idea of a review, however to attack a board because basiclly you do not like it as a reviewer due to its look or what ever is something I believe is unethical.
The review was overly harsh and may very well damage the reputation of the person bringing it in.
I suggest a post debate on a forum that neither person can post the last word as it appears Hans has on the Overcloakers site.
Let us see which individual will have the support on anything other than their own forum.
I suggest the gameplanet forum.
Let the 8 month reviewer that has alot to say take on the PC gear lord with a lot to prove.
